You must get self help cd's or tapes & books!  Pick out the categories that you have issues with: 

your mouth , 

your thought life, 

fear,

depression or anything & everything that you have "strongholds" with is out there!   Listen/read them daily:  Romans 10:17 faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
